G.A. Fire are also qualified to carry out PAT Testing which is a legal requirement for all companies, Self-employed individuals and Landlords.

PAT Testing should be carried out on a regular basis depending on various factors being the environment, location and frequency of use of the equipment. Please ask us for full details on the frequency you require testing.

There are two types of PAT Testing being:

Class 1 Appliances - This means users are protected by basic insulation and an earth connection for more domestic equipment such as Toasters, Kettles etc

Class 2 Appliances - This means that users have the protection of a minimal of two layers of insulation (double insulated) for office equipment and other power tools.
